About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and MYOB and have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Assist in payroll processing and tax filings.
Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant.
Strong proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and MYOB.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
