We are seeking a talented and dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our client's night shift operations in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the voice of our client, providing exceptional customer service and support to their valued clients. With a focus on delivering a positive customer experience, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Answering and managing inbound customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner
Providing accurate information and effective solutions to address customer inquiries and concerns
Maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to build strong customer relationships
Documenting customer interactions and case details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Adhering to established call handling procedures and quality standards
Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills
What we're looking for
With or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer issues efficiently
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with CRM software and data entry
Flexibility to work during the night shift hours
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
