Job description
The Senior Marketing Technology Specialist has the primary role of solving clients’ complex marketing operation issues and/or achieving marketing goals by managing and optimizing a diverse range of marketing technologies. A significant part of your role will be to coach and mentor junior marketing operations roles, providing guidance and knowledge transfer, enhancing their understanding of marketing technologies and operational best practices.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for clients for Marketing Technology and Operations matters, plan and implement solutions for marketing operations issues, ensuring these solutions align with their specific business goals.
Perform technical assessment on marketing technology stack and digital marketing platforms, such as their usage, configuration, integration, data, users, processes, etc.
Serve as super-user and product evangelist for digital marketing platforms.
Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations, helping clients understand the impact of marketing technology on their strategies.
Regularly assess the performance of marketing technology initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technology-driven marketing campaigns.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients on the effective use of marketing technology.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior roles
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations function.
Detailed-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Proven track record of building systems and processes that support marketing and sales teams.
Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of CRM, CMS, Martech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
