Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time (30-Minutes Lunch Break)
Holidays: Gold Coast, QLD, Holidays

Responsibilities as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to align with business goals.
• Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Email Marketing: Plan, create, and send email campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales.
• Content Creation: Design posts, write copies and produce engaging content for social media.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across social media and email campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
• Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
• Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Must have good experience in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media management, and email marketing.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to create engaging content, including graphics, video, and written posts, with a keen eye for design and branding.
• Proficient with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
