Position Title: Social Media Marketing SpecialistWork Set-up: Work from OfficeSalary: Php 50,000.00 – Php 60,000.00Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time (30-Minutes Lunch Break)Holidays: Gold Coast, QLD, HolidaysResponsibilities as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:• Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to align with business goals.• Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.• Email Marketing: Plan, create, and send email campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales.• Content Creation: Design posts, write copies and produce engaging content for social media.• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across social media and email campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.• Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and interact with followers to build a strong online community.• Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Qualifications as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.• Must have good experience in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media management, and email marketing.• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and analytics.• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.• Ability to create engaging content, including graphics, video, and written posts, with a keen eye for design and branding.• Proficient with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
