Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning and executing trade marketing campaigns.
• Manage production and distribution of marketing materials (POS displays, brochures, signage).
• Research on customer behavior, market trends, and competitors.
• Ensure effective in-store execution of merchandising and promotions.
• Monitor compliance with branding and campaign guidelines at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Assist in planning and running joint promotions with channel partners.
• Track and report trade marketing expenditures.
• Evaluate campaign performance, prepare ROI reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Support product launches and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade marketing, sales support, or similar, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
• Solid understanding of trade marketing principles and retail operations.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.
