Telecollector

In this role, you'll play a vital role in our credit and collections department, contacting customers with past-due accounts to help them resolve outstanding balances.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Contacting customers by phone professionally and courteously communicating with customers about their past-due accounts.
• Developing payment solutions and work collaboratively with customers to create realistic and feasible payment plans.
• Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and payment agreements.
• Meeting and exceeding collection goals: Strive to achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining a positive and professional • demeanor.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
