Travel & Hospitality Specialist – McKinley
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Start Date: 24 August
Salary Package: ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 + ₱15,000 Quarterly Retention Bonus
Schedule: Daytime hours, weekends off
About the Role
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Travel & Hospitality Specialists to join our team in McKinley. If you have GDS experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service, this is your opportunity to work with a leading Travel & Hospitality account and enjoy great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Handle travel reservations, booking modifications, and cancellations through GDS systems (Sabre is a plus).
Assist customers with flight, hotel, and other travel-related inquiries.
Provide accurate information on schedules, fares, and promotions.
Ensure bookings comply with travel policies and client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex booking issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional support.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of GDS experience (Sabre GDS preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City.
