Accenture is looking for HR Payroll Specialist (Team Lead)

Work Setup: Hybrid
Location: Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Rest Days: Weekends Off
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Team Lead, overseeing daily payroll operations and providing guidance to team members.
- Serve as the escalation point and backup for the Associate Manager and other leads.
- Provide monthly coaching and performance feedback to direct reports to support career development.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including:

Processing and distributing employee pay
Payroll auditing and quality control
Payroll reporting and government/vendor submissions
Post-payroll activities and reconciliation
General Ledger feed preparation
Gross-to-net calculations

- Ensure quality assurance across transactions and support junior team members (CL10-CL12) in maintaining high standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with other leads.
- Maintain accountability for payroll service delivery, balancing staffing needs, operational efficiency, and financial targets.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll is required.
- Exposure to global payroll processing and international compliance practices.
- Strong knowledge of payroll principles, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
