Costumer Relations Officer

CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
Job Summary:
The position is mainly responsible for keeping all customer and vehicle data, performing advance booking, telemarketing for service due units, requisition of all the payment of sublets and submission of reportorial requirements on time. Together with Service Advisor he/she helps in doing follow-up and gathers customer feedback to improve service ensuring over-all customer service satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year course.
At least one (1) to two (2) years of working experience on related position.
Presentable and Smart, and with excellent communication skills.
Must be customer oriented and customer-focused.
With at least a year of working experience of the same job in automotive industry is an advantage.
