Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery, manage client interactions, and handle stakeholder engagement across internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with a group of experienced professionals to drive project execution as per planned timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute to solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes within time and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with client teams, maintaining strong relationships while enhancing overall collaboration.
- Assist in ERP application design, assessing project requirements and delivering optimal solutions for clients.
- Drive business development initiatives by leveraging your network within and outside the organization.
- Draft proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver client presentations to explore new business opportunities.
- Develop business cases, project plans, estimates, and staffing requirements for ERP opportunities.
- Independently support business development and project delivery, both onshore and offshore.

Skills and Qualifications
- Background in Finance Transformation, ERP Implementation, or Digital Finance Solutions.
- Experience in SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS design and implementation.
- Solid knowledge of finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Chart of Accounts.
- Familiarity with ERP reporting tools, such as BI/BO, BW, SAC, and other Business Intelligence solutions.
- Understanding of customization and reporting capabilities in SAP and related ERP systems.
- Experience in ERP System Integration projects, specifically with SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance modules.
- Proficiency in Process Optimization, Finance Operating Models, and Shared Services Delivery Operations.
