Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Applications Specialist who will serve as the technical expert for specific products or systems, supporting the sales and marketing teams by providing technical demonstrations, customer training, and application support. The role ensures that customers fully understand how to use and benefit from the company’s products in real-world applications.
This position bridges the gap between product knowledge and customer requirements and plays a key role in pre-sales, post-sales, and product development discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers during the sales process
Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate product solutions
Conduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops for clients and internal staff
Work closely with the sales team to develop customized product applications and solutions
Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with engineering or service teams for resolution
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, manuals, application notes, and marketing materials
Gather customer feedback and market insights for future product development or improvement
Support field testing, validation, or pilot applications when necessary
Attend industry trade shows, technical conferences, and customer meetings
Keep up-to-date with new technologies, trends, and competitor offerings

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technologist, Engineering, (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or related technical field), or Industrial Technology (any other allied science courses)
At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, application engineering, or product training
Strong understanding of product functions, features, and industry applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD or lab software is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel locally or regionally for client visits and on-site support

Salary Range:
PHP20,000 - PHP25,000 - with relevant experience
PHP18,000 for fresh grad
