-Key Responsibilities:
-Source and attract candidates through various platforms
-Screen resumes and applications
-Conduct initial interviews and assessments
-Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely updates
-Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
-Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

Qualifications:
-At least 18 years old
-High school graduate or higher
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
-Experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus but not required
