Job combines technical project management with cost management, ensuring construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Meticulously evaluated project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets. They track design or construction work changes, assessing the impact on the project's overall cost and adjusting the budget accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be a graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering from any reputable University/College/Institution
2. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in quantity estimation for materials related to architectural and civil works.
3. Must possess strong analytical and mathematical skills to calculate construction materials accurately.
4. Must be proficient in using estimating software, CAD, and Microsoft applications.
5. Can adapt to changes and innovations.
6. With or without a License


Reporting date: April 1, 2025
