Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, etc.
5+ years experience in bid/proposal roles
Strong presentation and coordination skills
Knowledge of RFP tools like Loopio, Qvidian, etc.
Collaborative across teams and time zones
Excellent project and time management
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe InDesign a plus
Responsibilities:

Project Management: Developing project plans, tracking deadlines, and coordinating proposal activities to ensure timely submissions.
Content Development: Creating proposal shells, templates, and content, including writing, editing, and formatting materials.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring proposals are consistent, compliant with client requirements, and adhere to brand standards.
Content Management: Maintaining a library of proposal-related materials (content, presentations, case studies, etc.) and managing version control of master documents.
