Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Producer to oversee motion graphics and digital advertising projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative workflows, coordinating with designers, animators, and clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Experience in the packaging trade is a bonus, as some projects may require managing animated packaging renders and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end production of motion graphics and digital advertising projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, animators, and other stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all phases—from briefing to final delivery—are executed efficiently.

• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the execution aligns with client objectives and branding guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Communicate project expectations, deliverables, and potential challenges to all stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring that any obstacles are addressed swiftly to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Maintain documentation of project progress, approvals, and revisions to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Ensure that final deliverables meet platform-specific requirements, particularly for Meta advertising.

• Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or similar role within a motion graphics, animation, digital advertising, or creative agency environment.

• Strong understanding of motion graphics workflows, including 2D/3D animation, compositing, and rendering processes.

• Experience managing projects tailored for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram ads) and other social media channels.

• Ability to effectively coordinate between creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional client interactions.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• Knowledge of the packaging industry and experience in managing projects related to packaging renders and animated packaging visuals is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with brands that require strict compliance with digital advertising specifications.

• Familiarity with motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender (not required but beneficial for understanding project scope and timelines).

• Experience managing teams in a remote or hybrid work setup.

• Background in digital marketing or experience with Meta Business Manager is an advantage.
