Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Assistant to support a large-scale IT application transformation project in the Philippines. The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface for IT-related activities within the Philippines, handling local IT requests, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing essential support to ensure the successful execution of the project. This role requires a combination of strong application and SAP knowledge, excellent communication skills, IT infrastructure expertise, and stakeholder management competence.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for IT-related inquiries, issues, and requests originating from within the Philippines.
2. Coordinate closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the IT application transformation project.
3. Provide technical support and assistance to users regarding IT applications, including SAP systems, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
4. Assist in the implementation and rollout of new IT applications and systems, working closely with the project team and end-users.
5. Collaborate with IT teams globally to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
6. Proactively identify areas for improvement in IT processes, systems, and infrastructure, and make recommendations for enhancements.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
9. Other responsibilities for local IT support.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Strong knowledge and experience in IT applications, with expertise in SAP systems preferred.
3. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
7. Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
10. Relevant certifications in IT applications and systems (e.g., SAP certifications) preferred.
11. Fluent Chinese and English communication.
