Job Summary:
The Marketing Staff at Lions Pride Security Agency will contribute to enhancing the agency's visibility, generating leads, and building strong client relationships through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and supporting client acquisition and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to promote the agency’s services.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.

2. Digital Marketing
- Manage and update the agency’s social media platforms with engaging and relevant content.
- Monitor online engagement metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and promotional emails.

3. Client Engagement
- Assist in organizing events, client meetings, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries through various channels, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Branding and Content Creation

4. Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Create compelling content for blogs, websites, and advertisements.
- Support the development of case studies and testimonials from satisfied clients.

5. Reporting and Analysis
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the service or security industry, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and social media platforms.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
