Accounting and Admin Associate

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensures 100% collection of all due and outstanding accounts by all possible means.
• Ensures that clients are fully paid before delivery.
• Accurate and on-time preparation and release of SOA (Statement of Accounts) to bill a client.
• Accurate and timely Daily sales reporting.
• Accurate and timely Aging of Accounts report.
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy/Financial Management/Management
• Accounting/Accounting Information System or equivalent
• Preferable with more than a year of work experience in the field of Accounting/Finance or Admin.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel or Powerpoint
• Knowledge in using SAP or any relevant accounting software is an advantage
• No previous history of theft
• Willing to multi-task, work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Work Conditions:
• Type: Full-time and On-site only
• Location: Quezon City
