Male or Female

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or related field

At least 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development

Strong background in mechanical/electrical systems, appliance design, and manufacturing processes

Knowledge of appliance safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certification requirements (DOE, IEC, ISO)

Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools

Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Background as Executive Assistant is an advantage (coordination, documentation, scheduling)

Ability to conduct product testing, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Creativity and innovation mindset
