The Work:
As an Application Lead, you'll take ownership of designing, building, and configuring applications while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You'll act as the go-to person for technical guidance, supporting project stakeholders, and managing application life-cycle activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, build, and configuration efforts for enterprise-level applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain application performance.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the application lifecycle management, including integration, unit testing, and maintenance releases.
- Create and refine Technical Design Documents to support development efforts.
- Develop estimates for change requests, ensuring accurate timelines and resource planning.
- Continuously explore and integrate innovative technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in application development and system configuration.
- Strong knowledge of .NET development and experience with Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools like Microsoft LCS, Azure DevOps, and other integration solutions.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

Additional Information:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise application development and system integration.
- A strong educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- This position is based in Manila.
