 3rd Party Photo Inspection Ordering: Arrange for third-party photo inspections to assess property conditions.
 Background Report Ordering: Order background reports to evaluate the creditworthiness and reliability of
borrowers.
 Credit Report Ordering: Obtain credit reports to assess borrowers' credit histories and financial standing.
 LPS Report Pull: Retrieve LPS (Loan Payment Status) reports to gather pertinent borrower information.
 Cash Needs Report Pull: Pull cash needs reports to determine financing requirements.
 Asset Documentation Field Input: Input asset documentation details accurately into relevant systems.
 Borrower Note: Review and analyze borrower information to complete borrower profile summary.
 Google Search: Conduct Google searches to gather additional information relevant to loan applicants.
 Deal Card: Prepare deal cards summarizing key loan details for reference and review.
 Picture Upload: Upload property pictures and documentation into appropriate databases or systems.
 Flood Certification Ordering: Order flood certifications to assess flood risk for properties.
 CoreLogic Property Details Report Ordering: Order CoreLogic property details reports to obtain comprehensive
property information.
 Initial Experience Documentation Review: Review initial experience documentation to assess borrower
qualifications.
 Document Expiration Date Input: Input document expiration dates into relevant systems for tracking and
compliance purposes.
 Initial Appraisal Review: Review appraisals to assess for accuracy and relevance
Requirements
 Seeking Loan Legends:
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
 Proficiency in using underwriting terms and systems.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
 Knowledge of loan origination processes, regulations, and compliance requirements preferred
