E commerce Account Officer

Duties and Responsibilities include;
Edit/Enter products and other data into Marketplace eCommerce system (Seller Center) and integrate with
RPRO, PayRecon or any retail operating systems
Develop and implement eCommerce ads within Marketplace by coordinating with marketing, creative,
development, production and warehouse teams
Manage day to day operations between warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, etc.
Communicate with internal teams to coordinate inventory level/merchandise planning, new product
arrival/promotion
Provide regular reporting to Accounting Department and direct reports
Provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to Brand Director on ad campaigns

Qualifications:
 
Graduate of Marketing or Business Administration course or any related Business Course
Minimal but significant experience in E-commerce operation
Knowledge in Shopify, Magento and other platforms or similar experience a plus 
Microsoft Office proficiency is required
