We are looking for a trustworthy and dependable Operations & Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and lead a team of pest control technicians. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to guide teams toward performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor pest control technicians to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Plan and manage daily schedules and dispatch routes for technicians
-Conduct quality inspections and enforce adherence to company standards
-Handle escalated client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and replenish pest control materials and supplies
- Support safety compliance and conduct regular field checks
- Maintain accurate records of operations, service reports, and technician performance

Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and capable of making sound decisions under pressure
- Able to motivate and influence team members toward achieving performance goals
- Willing to work in dynamic, on-site environments and adapt to field requirements
- Skilled in organizing schedules and maintaining operational reports

Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in pest control or related field operations
- Pest control or entomology certifications
- Valid driver’s license
