Sales Officer for Payroll and HR Software

Over the years, Mustard Seed Systems Corporation has developed its proprietary payroll software, namely Payroll Enterprise and Payroll Pro. In response to emerging technological advancements, Mustard Seed also localized the first international Payroll and HRIS management system in the Philippines, called Payroll Plus. This system offers hundreds of functionalities designed to streamline Payroll and HRIS processing for small and medium enterprises.
JOB TITLE: Sales Officer for Payroll and HRIS Software
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for generating leads through telemarketing, area saturation, events, social media, etc.
*Responsible for initial presentation/demo of the product
*Should establish a relationship with the client and market the company’s products and services in a way that is professional and positive
*Must be accommodating, well-spoken, and have an eagerness to close sales and increases revenue
*Ensure proper attention in every customer inquiry
*Perform effective remote/online demos to clients, if necessary
*Can do fieldwork and can present to the client
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must have a degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field.
*Knowledgeable in HRIS system is an advantage
*Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
*Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Must be willing to do fieldwork
