JOB TITLE: Accounting Software Support
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Facilitates the implementation and support of accounting software to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
*Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
*Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, BS IT or any related course.
*Background in SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Quickbook, ABSS, Sage 50, Payroll or any accounting software is a plus.
*Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
*Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
*Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
*Strong organizational skills
*Must be willing to do fieldwork.
