As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline connection between the company and its clients. Your role is to provide excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to improve service delivery

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or college level (any course)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with empathy and patience
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is a plus but not required
