Accounting Supervisor

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (CPA preferred – Full-time On-Site)

Rate: ₱ 30,000 - ₱ 40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general accounting functions which includes but not limited to the following:
o Recording of AP Invoices and Payments
o Recording of Sales Entries
o Recording of journal entries and month end entries
o Validation of cash deposits from bank
o Bank reconciliation
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
• Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
• Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Complete special projects as necessary



Job Qualifications:
• Preferably CPA with 3 - 5 years experience related to position
• Experience in public accounting and restaurant industry is preferred
• Experience in multiple location Company is preferred
• Has solid financial statement skills and clear understanding of GAAP
• Strong excel and ERP skills
• Highly independent but team player
• With strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with US working hours (5am to 2pm)
