What you'll be doing:
Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to both individual and corporate clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities
Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive brand experience at all touchpoints
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity, and use this insights to inform sales and marketing strategies
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective territory and account management
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunities




What we're looking for:
Graduate of any course
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the air conditioning or a related industry but, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of closing sales
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Familiarity with marketing concepts and experience in developing and executing campaigns
Proficiency in using MS Office
