• In-charge for checking & releasing the Finished Goods for delivery to conform to the required standard.
• Prepares Section Daily Inspection Reports.
• Issue Corrective action report (CAR) to PQC in-charge
• In-charge for Pull -out all stocks with Customer Claim
• In-charge for Verification of Critical parts prior to delivery.
• Reporting to Superior all quality & process related
• Prepare Certificate of Inspection (C.I.)
• Verification of Critical parts prior to delivery
• Encoding of All documents needed by customer related to delivery and quality requirements
• In-charge in 100% inspection to selected parts
• In-charge for Incoming Inspection of material and Raw material
• Perform Task assign by superior from time to time with related to quality section and other related activities
• Perform activities of Dimension, PQC as per advised of supervisor from time to time
