Skills & Qualifications:

Experienced Employee specialized in Quality Control or equivalent.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in any Engineering.Knowledge in QC toolsBasic knowledge in QMS and EMSRequired Skills: Microsoft Office, communication, leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethic Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.Job Description:
  1. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  2. Monitor and verifies the overall activity of IPQC ALL and inspectors.
  3. Communicate with production shift leaders for the quality improvement based on inspection findings
  4. Monitors and verifies the environment of IPQC area for safety.
  5. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues, recommend solutions, and suggest improvements.
  6. Provides and manages the inspection jigs to maintain accuracy of products.
  7. Monitoring and analyzing the quality performance.
  8. Trains subordinates to maintain proper QC operation.
  9. Supports Supervisor to manage IPQC team smoothly.
  10. Supports and complies with the applicable requirements of EMS, 6S and Health & Safety.
  11. Ensures adherence to Company Polices, Code of Conduct and Discipline and other applicable rules and regulations.
  12. Performs other tasks under her field of competency. Other Positions Available:
