Job Summary:
The HR and Accounting Staff will be responsible for performing a variety of human resources and accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of both departments. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboard new employees by preparing orientation materials and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support the HR Manager in organizing employee training and development programs.
Assist in the coordination of employee relations activities and events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Accounting Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Support the Accounting Manager in auditing financial transactions and documents.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record maintenance.
Assist with tax filing and compliance activities.
