Role Description
The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote SosaJB Property Management Corp's services and properties. This role involves market research, campaign management, brand development, and communication efforts to enhance the company's market presence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Content Creation: Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, brochures, and press releases.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and events.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, engaging with the audience and building brand loyalty.
Advertising: Coordinate with media outlets and advertising agencies to place advertisements, ocular inspections and track performance.
Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to promote the company.
Event Planning: Organize and manage promotional events, property showings, and client meetings.
Analytics: Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, property management, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.
Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools, social media management tools).
Additional information

Location: Makati
Employment Type: Full-time, Mon-Thurs (8:30am-6:30pm); Fri (8:30am-5:30pm)
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000 with HMO, government benefits and leaves
