Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining updated databases of clientele and cases while generating routine progress reports for managerial review.
• Composing correspondence and file notes for review by the appropriate teams.
• Engaging with clients and relevant parties via email and telephone to facilitate information requests and follow-ups.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Administrative.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and CRMs.
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work 100% onsite in our Bacolod Office.
• Willing to work afternoon shift (starts at 2pm, 3pm or 4pm)
