Davao, Philippines Talent Outsourcing Channel (TORCH) Solutions Full time

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects running smoothly
Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Lead and manage the project team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

What we're looking for
• Licensed Civil Engineer (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in DPWH or government infrastructure projects, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial field role
• Proven ability to lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and multidisciplinary site teams
• Deep understanding of the DPWH Blue Book, RA 9184 procurement process, and public infrastructure standards
• Proficient in project documentation, progress reporting, and government billing processes
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera
• Experience working with or for a Triple-A (AAA) PCAB-licensed contractor
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for construction quality management
• Knowledge of DOLE, DPWH, and DENR regulations related to site safety and environmental compliance
• Willingness to be assigned to remote or multi-site locations as needed
• Valid driver’s license
