Position: 2D Artist (Senior - Lead)
Company Industry: Animation Industry
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000 gross (depending on experience)
Work Set-Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in 2D art for games, media, or interactive projects.
Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital painting tools.
Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
Experience in managing art pipelines and mentoring junior artists or design teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create high-quality 2D assets including characters, environments, concept art, and UI elements.
Collaborate closely with art directors, animators, and developers to maintain visual consistency.
Lead the artistic vision for projects, ensuring alignment with client and internal creative goals.
Review and provide feedback on team artwork to uphold visual standards.
Participate in creative planning, style development, and art documentation for project scalability.
