JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitoring the following: "
a. Key performance indicator of Financial Services Team
a. Balance sheet schedule
b. Daily mandatory reports
2. Analyze and check the following:
a. Balance sheet schedule
b. Assets, Receivables, Payable
c. BIR Withholding tax computation
d. Ledger entries in accounting system Journal
3. Prepare and submit the following.
a. Monthly financial reports
b. Monitoring reports
4. Monitor government and regulatory agencies for ruling updates and changes.
5. Filing, documentation and monitoring of all reports and essential documents.
6. On time and complete submission of reports to avoid penalties and surcharges.
7. Ensure completeness of documents and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in accountancy
• Must be a CPA
• Masteries’ degree is a plus
• 2 years of experience in the field of accounting

Work Set-up: Monday - Friday | 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
