Virtual Assistant for Medical Billing

We are hiring a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide support in medical billing. If you have a background in medical billing and coding and are proficient in handling administrative tasks, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
Review and submit medical claims to insurance companies
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve billing issues
Post payments and reconcile accounts receivable
Generate patient statements and handle billing inquiries
Maintain accurate billing records
Assist with coding and documentation
Collaborate with healthcare providers for smooth billing processes
Stay updated on healthcare regulations
Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
Willing to relocate in Dapitan City to work on site
Extensive experience in Medical Billing Campaign
Available for graveyard shift
Proficient in insurance claim processing
Attention to detail in data entry
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Experience with EHR systems preferred
Certification in billing and coding preferred
