Position: IT Supervisor
Company Industry: Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-7:10pm)
Salary: Php 30,000 above (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related course
• With related experience in NAV Microsoft, Active directory, Network Admin, PABX or similar experience
• With Managerial / Supervisory experience.
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to assign Quezon City


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve the organization’s management information systems (MIS), ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure—including hardware, software, and networks—to support reliable and efficient system operations.
• Monitor system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and provide effective support to users for minimal downtime and service disruptions.
• Ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of organizational data, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and established best practices.
• Collaborate with department leaders to assess data requirements, design reporting tools, and streamline business processes through optimized MIS workflows.
• Analyze system-generated data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, offering insights that drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
