QUALIFICATIONS
-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or other Finance-related courses
-At least 1-3 years of experience in treasury, investment, or finance-related roles
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
-Highly organized with attention to detail
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results on time under pressure
-Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION
-The treasury assistant will support the treasury and finance team in managing the organization’s cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions
-This role requires strong attention to details, organizational skills, and a good understanding of financial processes and controls

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
-Assist in daily cash management and monitoring of bank balances and cash positions
-Support the preparation of treasury reports and investment performance summaries
-Monitor and record investment transactions and portfolio activity
-Prepare and process payments, including wires, ACH, and intercompany transfers
-Maintain accurate records of bank accounts, signatories, and investment documents
-Support short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
-Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes
-Liaise with banks and internal departments regarding transaction inquiries and documentation
-Assist in internal and external audit processes related to treasury and investments
