Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, benefits, and claims.
• Deliver accurate and efficient customer support with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist members with benefit verifications, billing concerns, and general healthcare-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions in the system with accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with supervisors and team leads to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
• Completed 2 years in college with at least 6 months BPO experience
• Senior High School Graduate with 1 year solid BPO experience
• Strong interpersonal, comprehension, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
