Role Overview
As a Platform Consulting Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative initiatives, delivering robust solutions, and ensuring alignment across various functions and stakeholders. Your expertise will bridge client needs, industry trends, and technology solutions to drive successful business outcomes.

As Enterprise Solution Architect
- Client & Opportunity Context Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of client operations, business challenges, and industry trends to drive impactful solutions.
- Proposal Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the proposal leadership team to strategize, differentiate, and develop compelling proposal responses.
- Asset Integration: Bring together the right offerings, tools, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute to the proposal team effectively.
- Solution Planning Ownership: Lead end-to-end solution planning across functions—scope, activities, deliverables, staffing—to ensure comprehensive coverage of project elements.
- Financial Management: Ensure all financial metrics related to solution components meet agreed targets.
- Risk Management: Collaborate with leadership to identify risks, discuss mitigation strategies, and escalate critical concerns where necessary.
- Technology Integration: Work closely with Technology Architects to align solution components and integrate technology seamlessly.
- Industry-Specific Approach Development: Develop repeatable, lifecycle-focused solutions tailored to client needs and industry requirements.

As Delivery Lead
- End-to-End Delivery Accountability: Oversee the delivery of committed project scopes while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Proposal Narrative Ownership: Develop proposal narratives that cover all client requirements and align with the client's specific context.
- Solution Review & Deliverability: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a feasible solution plan and deliverable timeline.
- Resource Management: Secure appropriate resources based on expertise, location, and financial considerations.
- Program Alignment: Lead teams across functions to ensure deliverables remain in sync with the overarching program goals.
- Risk Control & Execution Excellence: Implement strict scope management, monitor deliverables, and address risks proactively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met with excellence.
- Profitability Management: Drive cost-effective execution while maintaining project profitability.

As Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Industry Process & Technology Expertise: Bring functional knowledge and experience in industry processes to support both proposal development and delivery.
- Solution Ownership & Architecture: Collaborate across SMEs to architect and deliver industry-specific solutions aligned with client goals.
- Client Context Insight: Deeply understand client operations and industry challenges to propose relevant and impactful solutions.
- Proactive Recommendations: Offer insights and recommendations based on experience to add value where clients may have overlooked opportunities.
- Integrated Proposal Support: Work alongside the proposal team to build client-centric, differentiated solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Orals & Client Interaction Support: Participate in client discussions, delivering solutions confidently and collaboratively.
- Delivery Support & Leadership: Take on leadership roles during delivery phases, ensuring smooth operations and addressing risks proactively.

- Solid knowledge of functional industry processes, providing advisory insights and strategic recommendations.
