This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
What you'll be doing:
Providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and find suitable solutions
Documenting customer interactions and updates to ensure accurate record-keeping
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during challenging situations
Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service
What we're looking for:
NO BPO Experience REQUIRED
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently
Adaptability and the willingness to learn new skills and technologies
A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success
