Summary Statement:

The Mass Engagement Manager will be responsible for scheduling all mass communications such as pay-per-view stories, daily feed posts, and possibly mass messages. The role requires to be creative and the ability to study trends depending on the responses of the fans to the posts/messages created for the pages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to boost fan engagement across the platform.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Influencer Representative, Marketing Manager, and Account Auditor to align engagement efforts with overall platform goals.
• Stay current with industry trends to implement new engagement tactics and features.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in community or social media management.
• Only Fans experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• An innovative and creative mindset.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Schedule
• $5/hour and 12-hour shifts are mandatory five days a week (Paid time off after 12 months of employment)
