Position: IT Systems Engineer- BPO
Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting (Morning, Mid and Night shift)
Work Set Up: Working Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Information Technology or any related course.
Have a working experience in Networking and database
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, telecommunications, and cloud technologies
Have experience in Cisco and CCNA.
Willing to work onsite in Alabang
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the first point of contact for IT Services Support and Operations teams
Provide first-level incident and service request resolution, monitor availability and continuity of IT services
Coordinate with IT Asset Management and Audit teams to implement actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction
Implement technology migration and system upgrade plans for service-specific needs
Perform routine backup activities and ensure the redundancy of power, systems, and networks
RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Onsite interview
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
