Core Responsibilities:
Machine Setup & Operation:

Production Monitoring:

Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to identify defects, making necessary adjustments to the machine or process to maintain high quality.
Basic Maintenance & Repairs:
Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on machinery to prevent malfunctions and downtime.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve issues that arise during operation, or escalate them to maintenance teams.
Material Handling:
Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all company safety guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Record Keeping:
Maintain activity logs and prepare performance reports for supervisors.
Required Skills:
Mechanical Aptitude: A good understanding of how machinery works and the ability to perform basic adjustments.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify issues and find effective solutions quickly.
Attention to Detail: Essential for monitoring machine performance and inspecting products for defects.
Manual Dexterity: Necessary for handling materials and performing adjustments to machinery.
Teamwork: Ability to cooperate with other team members to meet production schedules.
