Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs related to sales strategies and medical review/prior authorization processes.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and medical review teams to determine specific skill gaps and training requirements.
- Program Design and Development:
- Develop comprehensive training programs focused on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and prior authorization processes.
- Create educational materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia presentations, tailored to the needs of the sales team and medical review specialists.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and via virtual platforms, focusing on sales effectiveness and efficient prior authorization processes.
- Utilize various training methodologies and technologies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales representatives and medical review specialists as needed.
- Evaluation and Improvement:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on evaluation results and industry best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program evaluations.

- Work closely with the Sales and Medical Review departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Support the onboarding process by providing training to new sales hires and medical review specialists.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and delivering sales training programs.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- In-depth understanding of medical review and prior authorization processes.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.
