RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email and chat.
  • Take inbound calls after three (3) months.
  • Conduct outbound welcome calls.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries.
  • Serve as liaison between the customers and various departments.
  • Leverage customer management system data to process membership transactions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers as part of the renewal process.
  • Enroll, renew and upgrade retails customers, processing credit card and other payment information.
  • Effectively describe the nature and scope of Global Rescue services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Highly energetic and motivated to succeed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills.

Compensation: Salary based on experience + bonus + benefits.
Please note that this is for on-site work and graveyard shift schedule.
