We are a dynamic and expanding hospitality business based in Melbourne, Australia, and we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team in the Philippines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our products, services, and brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Manage and execute daily posting and scheduling on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure content is optimized for engagement and follows the brand’s messaging and tone.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve strategy.
  • Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and choose the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach our potential customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive follower growth and increase engagement across social media platforms, leveraging analytics, trends, and targeted campaigns to foster community interaction and brand loyalty.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and WhatsApp channels, ensuring timely responses, accurate business information, and seamless customer interactions to enhance visibility, improve customer engagement, and drive local business growth.

Content Creation & Management:
  • Write compelling captions, visual text, and blogs that align with the brand’s voice and resonate with the target audience.
  • Create engaging social media posts, stories, and videos to maintain consistent content across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the graphics team to develop visually engaging assets for social media, including Instagram posts, videos, and ads.
  • Respond to comments and messages, fostering engagement and building community around the brand.
  • Design visually compelling graphics for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and optimizing content for engagement across various formats (e.g., Instagram posts, Facebook banners, Tiktok videos).

Content Planning & Scheduling:
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track content performance, and analyze engagement metrics.

Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain a positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering conversations around the brand.
  • Monitor social media channels and provide regular updates to the team on performance, insights, and areas for improvement.

Task Management & Prioritization:
  • Take direction from the business owners and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business goals.
  • Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to ensure the timely delivery of content and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to analyze social media performance and adapt strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build a community online.
