We are a dynamic and expanding hospitality business based in Melbourne, Australia, and we are looking for a Graphics Designer / Social Media Manager to join our creative team in the Philippines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic Design & Merchandising:
  • Design and create custom-branded merchandise, including tees, totes, logos, stickers, and menu designs.
  • Develop visually appealing marketing materials for both in-store and online use, such as posters, banners, and promotional graphics.
  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Edit photos and videos to meet brand standards and maintain visual identity.
  • Produce creative assets for online campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional activities.

Creative Direction & Content Creation:
  • Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistency in visual branding across both digital and physical assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the brand.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Manage daily posting and scheduling on platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize content for engagement, aligning with the brand’s tone and messaging.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and refine strategies for improved engagement.
  • Grow followers and enhance engagement through targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and WhatsApp channels, ensuring seamless customer interactions and business visibility.

Content Creation & Management:
  • Write compelling captions, visual text, and blogs that reflect the brand’s voice and connect with the target audience.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and videos to maintain a consistent presence across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the graphics team to develop social media assets, such as Instagram posts, videos, and ads.
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and building conversations around the brand.

Content Planning & Scheduling:
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media platforms.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze engagement metrics.

Community Engagement:
  • Build and nurture a positive online community by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful conversations.
  • Regularly update the team on performance insights and areas for improvement across social media channels.

Task Management & Prioritization:
  • Follow direction from the business owners and prioritize design and social media tasks based on urgency and business needs.
  • Manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of content and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in graphic design and social media management with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other design software.
  • Strong photo and video editing skills.
  • Experience in creating merchandise designs and promotional materials.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging social media captions and blogs.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to analyze social media performance and adjust strategies for maximum engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
